Job Summary
The Director of Marketing and Community Outreach is responsible for providing college-wide leadership in researching, developing, planning, implementing, and monitoring integrated marketing strategies that enhance the institutional brand and reputation, and drive inquiries and applications to the college to meet strategic enrollment management (SEM) goals. The position also provides strategy, planning, and coordination for Community Outreach and engagement activities which provide support and visibility to the College’s mission and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. The Director manages vendors, projects, and systems; performs market research and develops strategies to identify and penetrate new markets; establishes processes and mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of Marketing efforts and makes recommendations for improvements. The position reports to the Vice President of Advancement.
