Position Summary
Manages all aspects of the marketing, communication, and Demand Generation efforts of the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns using Hubspot, and SalesForce CRM application sales and marketing automation tools.
- Develop and update marketing materials for the company's products and services.
- Maintain and develop the company website and brand representation.
- Develop and maintain a web site SEO and Inbound marketing generation program.
- Develop and maintain a social media strategy.
- Rollout new products and services to the market and to existing clients.
- Develop product marketing materials and release campaigns.
- Develop newsletter and product announcements
- Coordinate advertising for web, print, e-mail, phone and direct mail.
- Coordinate trade shows and events.
- Maintain the CRM application with updated client and prospect information obtained from trade shows, purchased list, etc.
- Automate sales campaign reporting and notification to the sales team.
- Work with various third party partners and services in coordinating lead distribution to sales.
- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
- Coordinating webinars and other events.
- Perform various related duties as assigned by the company President.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)
- Associate degree or 2 Years of equivalent experience
- Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with budgeting processes.
