Job description

Position Summary

Manages all aspects of the marketing, communication, and Demand Generation efforts of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns using Hubspot, and SalesForce CRM application sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Develop and update marketing materials for the company's products and services.
  • Maintain and develop the company website and brand representation.
  • Develop and maintain a web site SEO and Inbound marketing generation program.
  • Develop and maintain a social media strategy.
  • Rollout new products and services to the market and to existing clients.
  • Develop product marketing materials and release campaigns.
  • Develop newsletter and product announcements
  • Coordinate advertising for web, print, e-mail, phone and direct mail.
  • Coordinate trade shows and events.
  • Maintain the CRM application with updated client and prospect information obtained from trade shows, purchased list, etc.
  • Automate sales campaign reporting and notification to the sales team.
  • Work with various third party partners and services in coordinating lead distribution to sales.
  • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
  • Coordinating webinars and other events.
  • Perform various related duties as assigned by the company President.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • Associate degree or 2 Years of equivalent experience
  • Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with budgeting processes.
