Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and generate revenue. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of various marketing channels and the ability to effectively grow a brand.

The positon will require to manage all marketing efforts of the enterprise which consists of:

60% of time devoted to the brand www.coneyislandpicnic.com

25% of time devoted to the brand www.elle-cafe.com

15% of time devoted to the enterprise other activities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives

- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media marketing, paid adds, SEO, and performance marketing

- Manage advertising campaigns and collaborate with external agencies as needed

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns

- Lead the development of creative content development

- Manage the company's website and social media presence

- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and updates

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Skills:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for apparel and consumer brands

- Strong knowledge of Marketing, digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing

- Proficiency in analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions

- Experience with creating high level engaging content

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively multi task
