Position Summary:
Keystone Partners is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing with 2-3 years of proven success at the director level to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of both strategic and hands on get it done mindset, a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns, and a deep understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing. The Director of Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness in new markets, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. He/she will provide direction to other marketing team members, agency partners, as well as work closely with senior management, sales development, and sales to achieve growth goals for Keystone Partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts support and enhance the overall business strategy.
- Campaign Management:
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional PR.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and divisions of Keystone Partners.
- Digital Marketing:
Lead and or direct via agency support our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Website:
Lead strategy and implementation with website vendor to update and enhance the UX & UI of our website to ensure that it represents our brand message and exceptional customer experience.
- Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support for professional development and skill enhancement.
- Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Monitor expenses and make data-driven decisions to optimize spending.
- Market Research:
Conduct market research with Leadership Development partners and other experts to identify opportunities, threats, and industry trends.
Utilize market insights to guide product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with sales development leader, sales team and senior management especially during quarterly board of director preparation meetings, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Present marketing strategies and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Vendor management: Manage and direct agency partners as needed during engagements.
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
- 5-7 years progressive success with 2-3 years in the director role
- Strong understanding of Marketing planning and program development/execution
- Superb writing and editing skills including experience writing for an executive audience
- Project management skills and the ability to pivot based on results
- Experience in business-to-business marketing within the service industry or industries serving the HR buyers
- Agency background, or corporate position supporting multiple divisions is helpful
- Advanced knowledge of Tech Stack: MS Office, Pardot, WordPress, and Salesforce
