Responsibilities
Finalize Marketing Strategy
- In the first week: Review and finalize the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the product launch.
- In the first week: Determine key messaging, target audience, channels to be utilized, and marketing budget allocation.
- Coordinate with the product team to understand the unique selling points of the DEX product.
Content Creation and Collateral Development
- Oversee the creation of various marketing collateral, including blog posts, press releases, social media content, email campaigns, and website updates. Have a cadence where you create and post a deliverable at least twice a week
- Ensure that all content is compelling, informative, and optimized for the target audience and relevant channels.
- Review and approve all marketing materials before they are published or distributed.
Community Engagement
- Every Tuesday and Thursday engage with the community on various platforms such as community forums, social media channels, and messaging apps.
- With a response time of under 24 hours, address questions, concerns, and feedback from the community, fostering a sense of trust and transparency.
- Organize and participate in community events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions), and live Q&A sessions to generate excitement and build anticipation for the product launch.
Monitoring and Analytics:
- Use analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of Marketing efforts and track key metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and community sentiment.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Make data-driven decisions to adjust marketing strategies and tactics as needed based on performance metrics.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven success in lead position.
- Background in at least one or a combination of business development, strategy, operations, venture building, management consulting, branding, project management, venture capital, and portfolio management.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Effective communicator, able to represent Decentral to external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Passion for crypto and digital assets.
Ideal Qualifications
- Crypto native is a plus.
- Technical experience in Data Science is a plus

Pay: $141,824.05 - $192,928.79 per year
