Marketing Director Overview
As a Marketing Director at 512Financial, you will hold a crucial client-facing role, responsible for developing marketing strategy, managing a variety of Marketing resources, and other entities in the delivery of effective marketing programs. You will oversee the planning, organizing, analyzing, sourcing, and managing of Marketing functions to achieve key client objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and brand equity. This position requires a strategic SaaS marketing professional to drive key marketing initiatives, including digital ad campaigns, lead generation, event marketing, and content development. You will play a vital role in achieving the client’s objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and brand equity.
Remote Location: For this role, we will consider applicants whose primary residence and physical address is in Texas, Minnesota or South Carolina.
What you'll do
Client Marketing Strategy and Management:
- Lead and manage the digital marketing, social media marketing, advertising, and brand standards
- Develop strategies to achieve marketing goals and ensure the timely and effective execution of Marketing tactics and programs
- Analyze and continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics
- Coach, mentor, and develop the marketing team to deliver exceptional results and create opportunities for talent succession
- Collaborate with company and industry stakeholders to develop relevant marketing and sales enablement collateral that supports organizational goals
- Own and recommend client marketing budgets for optimal effectiveness
Internal Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication across the organization
- Maintain effective communication channels to address internal concerns and drive continuous improvement
What you’ll have
- 5+ years of experience in developing marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Track record of achieving marketing goals and objectives
- Expert knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience with conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating a wide variety of Marketing activities
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple complex priorities within demanding timeframes
- Outstanding leadership skills that motivate staff to exceed expectations.
- Ability to articulate a vision and strategy that inspires and focuses the team's energy on achieving company goals
- Some travel required, less than 10%
