About Adoor Property Management (APM)
Adoor Property Management LLC (“APM”) is a new property management platform focusing on build-to-rent and single-family rental (“SFR”) homes. APM will leverage Darwin Homes’ proprietary software and end-to-end real estate platform, establishing itself as a leading player in the SFR industry.
The Role
The Director of Leasing is a critical member of the operations team, responsible for driving leasing performance for the entire Adoor portfolio. The Leasing Director manages a team of Leasing associates to achieve the clients’ rent growth, occupancy, days-on-market, and underwriting goals. The ideal candidate is an experienced leasing professional with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process for APM’s portfolio of scattered site SFR homes
- Drive leasing performance, achieving and exceeding client expectations on KPIs
- Develop a high-performance sales team and culture, focusing on both team outputs and the professional development of your direct reports
- Utilize data to inform decision-making, leasing strategy development, and staffing decisions
- Proactively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring visibility into current a projected portfolio performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience and a record of high achievement
- 5+ years of experience leading people and managing teams
- 5+ years of Leasing execution
- Knowledge of SFR leasing best practices and commonly-leveraged resources
- Perform resource capacity planning for your team based on forecasted turnovers to ensure performance stabilizes despite seasonality
Preferred
- Single Family Rental (SFR) leasing experience
- Real Estate Broker’s or Salesperson’s License
- Bachelor’s degree; no preferences with respect to the focus of study
