Director Of Information Technology

The Director of IT is responsible for overseeing and managing the Information Technology systems and infrastructure of the firm. Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Developing and implementing IT strategies and policies that align with the firms goals and objectives.
• Managing the IT department budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
• Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of the organization’s date and information systems.
• Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify and address technology needs and to ensure technology solutions support business objectives.
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts for technology products and services.

Staying up to date on industry trends and new technologies, and making recommendations for adoption and implementation as appropriate

The Director of IT must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT principles and practices. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and be able to work collaboratively.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
