- Pay - $150,000 - $200,000/yr depending upon skills and experience related to the role

Lead IMT’s Information Technology function
- Design, implement and maintain IT policies and infrastructure to support the implementation of strategies set by senior management
- Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, making strategic investments to enhance performance and efficiency while optimizing cost
- Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring minimal downtime and quick recovery in case of system failures or emergencies
- Carry out routine maintenance and upgrades on the network
- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to senior management
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, oversee service level agreements, and ensure the delivery of quality services
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure, and assess their potential impact on the organization's operations, recommending adoption where appropriate
- Develop and lead the overall roadmap and strategic vision for networking
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, data centers, and cloud services
- Ensure stability, security and scalability for seamless operations
- Ensure the reliability and performance of the corporate and remote site networks
- Implement network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., CCPA, PCI DSS)
- Monitor and assess network security to mitigate potential risks
- Manage and maintain Internet/MPLS/AVPN/SDWAN connections to multiple data centers
- Monitor the network, storage, servers, and applications
- Travel to remote communities and data centers to deploy technologies
- Manage all domain name registrations, renewals and DNS settings
- Manage telecommunications systems for corporate office as well as all remote sites
- Lead a team of IT professionals, collaborating with other departments on strategic plans
- Provide tier 3 support to Help Desk Team and Stakeholders
- Leads team training, cross-training, documentation, and skills elevation. Develop a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and other department heads to communicate IT infrastructure plans, progress, and outcomes, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Please apply if you have:
- 10+ years in network systems administration including a leadership role. Multi-family housing experience highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, storage, and security
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience with telephony technologies
- Experience with web content gateways, security solutions, and VDI solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Track record with mentoring and coaching employees
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of IT professionals
- Technical staff management experience
- Demonstrated diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
