A US based company who is established in Puerto Rico providing services to a Nationally based clientele is in search of a skilled manager to head up our Puerto Rico operations. This person would enjoy leading and working with people and be task oriented. They will also recruit, interview, and hire potential employees interfacing with our administrative support team in PR. You will use your management skills and experience to lead our company operations into the next generation of success setting high standards of service levels and integrity. Tasks and Responsibilities:
Delivery quality services every day with a well-trained team you have developed and mentored.
Set a high level of professionalism with your team members at all levels.
Layout cleaning routines and sometimes complex periodical cleaning tasks
Directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client and customer satisfaction.
Accountability for accurate payroll, required reports such as OHSA training, hazard reporting, PM reports on machines etc.
Enjoy being a “creative” problem solver to overcome obstacles businesses encounter and look for expertise and help with.
Be a “hands on” leader as need be, to support and train people in a particular skillset or task.
Be a natural leader of people!
Client Interactions:
Represent our company as top Puerto Rico management representation and leadership.
Be accountable for all company initiatives in specific cleaning initiatives.
Attend client meeting representing our company in a professional appearance and dialogue.
Interface with client departments such as maintenance, security, marketing and others as a team effort.
Create trustworthy relationships based on commitment and company representations.
Have the confidence to meet with top client management to discuss business needs and solutions they have.
Experience we are looking for:
Possible experience cleaning in large retail, office environment, or hotel services is helpful.
Experience in retail store management.
Experience in hospital or educational services management
Experience in contracted services in other disciplines for 4+ years minimum
Other:
Be a fast learner.
Team player.
The ability to change direction quickly and multitask.
Knowledge of cleaning machinery will be helpful, but we can teach you.
College education a big plus. Verification will be done.
