We're currently seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead our Housekeeping team at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart.
The Director of Housekeeping is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

Qualifications
About you...
- 5 or more years luxury hotel experience.
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- An expert in housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
