Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Director of Global Compensation with experience in managing broad based compensation programs for large organizations and leading teams.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience managing broad based compensation programs for large organizations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Business or related field
Ten (10) or more years of experience in human resources, compensation, or a related field
Five (5) or more years of people leadership experience
Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred Skills:
Global compensation experience in a large manufacturing environment
Executive compensation experience
Mergers/acquisitions (M&A) experience
Experience with incentive design, stock-based compensation, global mobility and HR compliance
Compensation consulting background or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
Responsibilities:
Create and execute Global Compensation strategy
Oversee operation Of Global Compensation, mobility and HR compliance programs
Lead creation and execution of compensation strategy in support of strategic priorities
Ensure competitive positioning in markets for talent through benchmarking and streamlined program design
Design and manage job architecture and compensation programs to ensure compliance, equity transparency and credibility.
Note: This position requires the candidate to be within 2-3 hour radius of HQ. Will need to be onsite 1-2 weeks per month. Must be US Citizen.
Pay Details: $75.00 to $99.00 per hour
