Director Of Global Compensation

Summary: Seeking a Director of Global Compensation with experience in managing broad based compensation programs for large organizations and leading teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing broad based compensation programs for large organizations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Business or related field

• Ten (10) or more years of experience in human resources, compensation, or a related field

• Five (5) or more years of people leadership experience

• Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Skills:

• Global compensation experience in a large manufacturing environment

• Executive compensation experience

• Mergers/acquisitions (M&A) experience

• Experience with incentive design, stock-based compensation, global mobility and HR compliance

• Compensation consulting background or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute Global Compensation strategy

• Oversee operation Of Global Compensation, mobility and HR compliance programs

• Lead creation and execution of compensation strategy in support of strategic priorities

• Ensure competitive positioning in markets for talent through benchmarking and streamlined program design

• Design and manage job architecture and compensation programs to ensure compliance, equity transparency and credibility.

Note: This position requires the candidate to be within 2-3 hour radius of HQ. Will need to be onsite 1-2 weeks per month. Must be US Citizen.

Pay Details: $75.00 to $99.00 per hour
