- Handle monthly financial forecasts, annual budgeting, and five-year outlook.
- Develop a framework to determine budget allocations and return on investment for engineering initiatives.
- Implement resource planning and tracking process to support product roadmap.
- Develop KPIs, metrics and dashboards to understand current and future investments.
- Monthly financial updates to management.
- Serve as the primary finance business partner to Engineering and Product leadership team.
- Project manage small to medium-sized financial system implementations and process improvement projects.
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and Engineering to anticipate, gather, and document requirements.
- Identify, recommend, and drive process improvement initiatives to enable efficiencies and scale across the organization.
- Assist Finance team with any ad hoc requests, including the monthly, quarterly, annual close process.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree Preferred.
- 5 years of business experience in Finance, 3-5 years in Engineering preferably in consumer electronic industries.
- Advanced level Excel skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships across business functions.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Candidates will have outstanding partnership and communication skills, be able to handle multiple priorities, as well as the ability to deal with the ambiguity that comes in a fast growing organization.
