Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Early Head Start to lead and oversee the operations of CentroNía's Early Head Start program. In this role, you will collaborate with senior program staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with federal and state regulations, and effective management practices. Key Responsibilities:

Program Operations and Administration:

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the Early Head Start program
• Develop strategic plans in alignment with CentroNía's mission and program protocols
• Supervise EHS personnel and manage performance evaluations
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, supervision, and employment matters
• Collaborate with Admissions and family support workers for full enrollment
• Establish partnerships with educational, social service, and community agencies
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and advisory committees

Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure compliance with EHS Performance Standards and program requirements
• Serve as liaison with the EHS Policy Council and CentroNia Board of Directors

Data Management and Reports:

• Analyze program data and conduct annual self-assessment
• Develop and implement multi-year strategic plans based on data insights

Expected Work Hours: Minimum of 40 hours a week

Work Authorization/Security Clearance: CentroNía participates in E-Verify for work authorization confirmation
