The Director of Corporate Operations provides project, operational and directorial support to the Corporate Development AVP and Corporate Development National Directors. This individual collaborates with Account Managers to manage and execute all corporate programs/campaigns. They work with the AVP and coordinate with accounting to ensure information is accurate. They generate strategies to improve service levels and efficiency throughout the organization. This person is a highly effective , results-oriented, self-starting leader, capable of quickly taking control and assisting with needs across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Leads project management of Corporate campaigns which includes coordination of marketing assets, incentives, product sampling in collaboration with development operations.
• Generates strategies to improve service levels and efficiency throughout the organization.
• Directs development, communication and implementation of business process and methodology for National Corporate Revenue Allocation Methodology based on collaborative approach to building corporate partnerships with shared value.
• Directs financial business process for corporate partnerships, which include invoicing, tracking payments, gift acknowledgements, check processing, allocations, etc.
• Leads budget and forecast for the department, both, revenue and expense. Tracks monthly to show variances and drivers. Leverages customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track and monitor steps throughout the process.
• Coordinates, directs and communicates all financial allocations for chapters.
• Assists in routine financial activities for the department which include but are not limited to pulling monthly financial reports and ensure accuracy of data for field.
• Manages and organizes all department contracts and works with national directors and AVP to ensure the financial aspect of contracts are being achieved.
• Coordinates and manages data for stewardship program including year-end campaign packages and donor reports.
• Develops all department communication regarding mailings and follow up about each mailing as needed.
• Facilitates and coordinates internal communication for execution of Corporate campaigns.
• Ensures corporate partner page on JDRF website is updated and accurate.
• Directs Corporate Development chapter handbook and resources on internal webpage by assisting National Directors to outline corporate partner strategies and program sponsorships with clear chapter roles and responsibilities. Responsible for management of MyJDRF for department; obtaining necessary approvals.
• Compiles data and analytics for partner key performance indicators (KPI's) that show value in a meaningful way to deliver on expectations of Corporate agreements and set up for renewal and growth.
• Leads development and maintenance of Corporate Development Sales Assets with the most relevant materials for all programs.
• Performs all responsibilities that require knowledge of department activities and understanding of the Foundation's operations and procedures.

• Performs other duties related to projects as assigned.
Qualifications
• 7 years of work experience including 4 years in operational support and/or project management.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
• Strong knowledge of and capabilities in business financial process.
• Expertise in developing and preparing presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
• Ability to identify and establish key objectives and work in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent project management skills.

Target Salary - $74K - $100K
