Introduction
The Adobe Design Content Strategy (ADCS) team — a mighty group of Content strategists, content designers, and UX writers focused on in-product user experience — is looking for a passionate, creative leader to help align, grow, and evolve our practice across Adobe’s ecosystem. The opportunity

This role sits at the center of all product development at Adobe and play a key role in building our next generation of products. What You’ll Do
Create culture. Coach and mentor an amazing team of Content strategists with a diverse array of skills, and foster a workplace where everyone can grow, learn, and do their best work.
Grow the team. Represent Adobe’s Content Strategy practice at and beyond Adobe, and you’ll connect with, hire, and attract top-notch talent.
Lead Content Strategy partnerships . Build a collaborative environment and encourage deep partnerships with many teams and disciplines.
Redefine the bar for quality . Set the standards for content craft, and bring that to your work in defining and implementing Content Strategy for redesigns, product iterations, and 1.0s.
Influence big-picture product strategy . Directly contribute to high-level strategy decisions with senior leadership, and align your team to meet Adobe’s rapidly evolving content needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally . Partner with a network of leaders and practitioners to deliver better user and business outcomes. What you’ll bring to the team
As an experienced and thoughtful content designer as well as a deeply empathetic leader, you’ll be helping a brilliant, passionate group of people develop their career and get set up for success while aligning the team’s work to Adobe’s larger goals. You’ll also be forging the way to closer partnerships with other content-focused teams, bringing your talents to create communities of practice and spaces where people can learn and encourage each other.

A 5+ year track record as a content leader and a love for managing, mentoring, or helping content designers grow in their field.
Experience leading in and navigating big, complex org structures at large, diverse companies
The ability to present and tell compelling stories, create coalition, and build support
