Job Summary: The Director of Communications and Engagement leads directs and implements a comprehensive range of communication and Engagement activities that support and strengthen the work of Integral Care and the Integral Care Foundation. This position develops innovative internal and external Communications and Engagement strategies that further organizational effectiveness. The Director of Communications and Engagement:
Directly oversees a broad array of tools and strategies designed to effectively communicate vision and mission, broaden public awareness and build support.
Develops and executes internal communications strategy that fosters employee knowledge and morale.
Directs the development and execution of multiple methods of education and Engagement including CEO communications, talking points, presentations, traditional media, digital media, social media, print materials, publications, community forums, and conferences.
Directs the utilization of all Communications and Engagement resources including input on the development of the unit budget.
Leads and supervises a team, providing clear direction, maintaining momentum, and building on staff strengths.
Serves as a high profile representative of the agency, developing and managing key relationships with all media outlets, key constituents and stakeholders, community and neighborhood organizations, and governmental entity counterparts.
Supports leadership development strategies through development and execution of ambassador program
Collaborates directly with executive management and teams across the agency and ensures regular reporting to the Board of Trustees.
Supports all marketing and communication needs for Resource Development.
Operates with a high degree of autonomy and independent decision-making.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Journalism, Communications, Marketing and/or Public Relations. Master's degree preferred.
Licenses:
Required:
- Current and valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are required.
Experience:
Required:
- A minimum of five years work experience in public/community relations, advertising, communications, marketing, and/or community organizing.
- A minimum of two to four years of management experience.
- Working knowledge of the media, new media technology, web and social media, video and audio.
Hours: Full-Time.
Workdays: Monday - Friday.
Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Salary: $106,564 annually.
