As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will have the unique opportunity to join the first team to launch and develop our new Management Services Organization (MSO). Your prior experience in Clinical Operations will be key to lead the implementation of efficient processes, systems and teams of this new business unit. Additionally, you will be instrumental in creating an integrated service platform and seamless patient experience across the hospital, ambulatory specialty centers (as applicable), primary care and ancillary service lines.

- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field required
- 3 years of experience in an administrative healthcare leadership capacity required
- Familiarity with EPIC, multispecialty physician practice development (including leading a group of disparate practices to standardization in EMR, patient access, policies, procedures, office practices, referral management and billing/collections) and experience with value-based payment models required
