Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for the operational performance of multiple clinic locations. Provides management and oversight functions for assigned clinics; collaborating with physicians/providers and management team to ensure high quality patient care in alignment with our Mission, Vision and Values. Advises leadership team to coordinate and manage the activities for assigned clinic.
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs, and oversees clinic management and patient care activities to achieve established strategies, goals, and objectives for clinic sites.
- Develops and maintains a strong partnership with physician leadership and Clinic Operations leadership.
- Oversees the Clinic Operations through the clinic leadership at each site, ensuring a high level of productivity and providing operational and strategic direction.
- Continually monitors the functioning of the clinics and revises operations/strategies as needed.
- Responsible for the management of efficient systems and programs that provides for quality patient services and overall patient satisfaction.
- Responsible for the resolution of any patient concerns that are not resolved at the on-site or department leadership level.
- Oversees assigned functions of the clinics, including but not limited to scheduling, registration, account receivable, health information, imaging, laboratory clinical services, and/or provider recruitment (i.e. sourcing, hiring, onboarding).
- Serves as a liaison to corporate departments that provide and/or support these services.
- Establishes and maintains effective communications and working relationships with physicians, physician leadership, and advanced practice professionals.
- Responds to physician concerns and provides problem resolution as appropriate. Actively participates in established committees as required.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; clinical supervision; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; resolving problems and addressing complaints.

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years in a health care facility that includes experience and knowledge of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structure systems, and clinic policies, procedures, and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior work experience in an integrated primary care behavioral health model
- Prior work experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center with a diverse patient population
