Reports to:Director of Admissions


The Director of Admissions CRM supports the admissions process and enrollment functions by managing the Admissions CRM and associated applications. The individual should have experience with Salesforce, Target X, Demand Tools, Informatica, and FormAssembly. Experience in higher education is a bonus.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all Admissions-related data management functions, including data entry and tracking.
  • Maintain and regularly update process documents and provide support and training to Admissions staff and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain data accuracy, cleanliness, and completeness of records.
  • Continuously improve workflows to automate and enhance data collection.
  • Process applications daily, review and correct integration errors. Develop and maintain dashboards and supporting analytics.
  • Create, update, and maintain email communications campaigns and recruitment event listings.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including software modifications and updates, and uploads.
  • Supervise data management support staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Preferred Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related degree.
  • Three to four years experience utilizing CRM, marketing automation and/or email campaign communication systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to work with applicants, students, faculty, staff and administrators in complex situations that require combining knowledge, diplomacy and analytical skills to find solutions within College policy.
