Admissions Process:
- Oversee and manage the entire admissions process for the nursing home.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other staff to ensure smooth admissions.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct assessments of potential residents to determine eligibility and appropriateness for admission.
- Evaluate medical records, physician reports, and other relevant information.
- Communication:
- Communicate with prospective residents and their families to provide information about the facility, services, and admission procedures.
- Address inquiries and concerns, providing support throughout the decision-making process.
- Paperwork and Documentation:
- Ensure that all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain organized and up-to-date admission records.
- Compliance:
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to admissions.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing nursing home admissions.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate the transition of residents into the facility.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless integration for new residents.
- Marketing and Outreach:
- Contribute to marketing efforts by participating in outreach activities, tours, and community events.
- Develop relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, and community agencies.
- Grow the facility census

Pay: Up to $95,000.00 per year
