Summary:
Under the supervision of the CFO, the Director of Accounting is responsible for overseeing/managing accounting, cost accounting, treasury, tax and internal audit functions.
Essential Function:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting functions including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, tax provision, and general accounting close activities. Lead quarterly balance sheet reviews.
- Participate in the financial reporting function including, but not limited to 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy and other related SEC reporting/filings.
- Oversee internal audit functions including, but not limited to company-wide internal controls (implementation and monitoring), cybersecurity controls, accounting/entity level policies, ERP system access and controls.
- Oversee and coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audit activities of external auditors. Complete and present to Audit Committee quarterly financial reports.
- Manage corporate compliances including, but not limited to, business tax reporting, government reporting and permanent establishment monitoring for the company's foreign operations.
- Manage weekly cash flow process, including optimizing DSO, DPO and inventory turn metrics. Strengthen bank relationships, formulating investment strategy and policy.
- Champion ERP system to improve internal reporting and maximize team efficiency, lead accounting dashboard implementation,
- Oversee corporate governance activities with Legal and IT.
- Perform accounting review on contracts/agreements, research and provide guidance on the accounting treatment and impact of non-standard provisions of the agreements.
- Participate in M&A activities and other related activities.
- Review current accounting operation and internal control systems, and offer recommendations for improvement, and implement enhanced processes.
- Work with all functional departments to ensure processes and controls are in place and working as intended.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 15+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership accounting role.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; master’s degree preferred.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Public company experience, preferably high technology.
- ERP accounting implementation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of customer, partner, and channel teams, including Executive, Engineering and Operations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,000-$177,000 + target annual bonus.
Our salary ranges are determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to the role, location, job-related skills, relevant education, experience and training. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target range for new hire base salary for the position across all US locations and varies by the location of the position.
