Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of ABA Health Services to join our team in the Medical industry. This role is responsible for overseeing all Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Adult Behavior Services, with a passion for improving patient outcomes and enhancing service delivery. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the delivery of high-quality ABA services to patients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other behavioral health needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor effective ABA programs and strategies to improve patient outcomes.
Provide leadership and supervision to a team of ABA therapists and other healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical guidelines in ABA.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, families, and community organizations to coordinate care and advocate for the needs of patients.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of ABA services to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and continuous quality improvement.
Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in ABA.
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to ABA services.
Stay updated on current research and developments in the field of ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorders, and incorporate new findings into service delivery.
Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders and Adult Behavior Services.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of effectively supervising and developing a team.
Strong knowledge of best practices and ethical guidelines in ABA.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of ABA and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Proficiency in using technology to support service delivery and data management.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
