Corporate Home Health, a division of Medical Services of America Inc., is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Director of Professional Servicesfor our location in Ridgeland, Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head, SC.
- General oversight of patient care and effective management of utilization of services.
- Coordination of agency functions.
- Oversee/supervise team of clinical and non-clinical staff including full-time & PRN RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, and Home Health Aides
Job Requirements
- A Registered Nurse (RN). BSN strongly preferred.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of SC.
- Progressive clinical and management experience in a Home Health setting strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years in a MEDICARE CERTIFIED Home Health agency setting required.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal/state laws and guidelines pertaining to Home Health and Medicare.
- High level management skills needed to be successful in the role as a leader to include conflict management, negotiation, team building, communication and coaching/mentoring others.
