This new position is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in rapidly growing healthcare technology. As one of the B2B SaaS platforms with an established foothold in a recession proof market, Rectangle Health is in grow mode, both through organic growth and M&A. As the Director of Marketing Operations, your job is to lead a data-driven, efficient engine to drive sales, revenue, ultimately making marketing initiatives successful. This role requires someone adept at data and reporting, use of tech to scale and automate, and optimizing the lead funnel. Rectangle Health has a sophisticated tech stack with the cornerstone tech comprised of HubSpot, NetSuite, Pendo, and Salesforce.

Primary job duties:
- Manage all technical aspects of marketing automation used to generate, distribute, and report on leads, pipeline, and bookings.
- Own all aspects of marketing reporting and data analytics, including a monthly reporting deck, ROI analysis on campaigns and overall budget, campaign assessments, customer lifetime value and customer acquisition cost, by marketing acquisition tactic, etc.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
- Manage the strategy, execution, and efficacy of marketing automated sequences/nurture programs that optimizes the buyer’s journey, drives leads, and down funnel activity.
- Inform performance to leadership and stakeholders across marketing, sales, and finance, through data visualization, KPIs, attribution, and campaigns/sequences.
- Segment our prospect, partner, and customer database to execute sales and marketing campaigns, and identify those most apt for adoption.
- Track and report the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, conversion stage-to-stage, and average value; make sure funnel measures can be analyzed by key dimensions such as campaign, source, sales team, etc.
- Design, document, and implement internal departmental processes and ensure they are followed in a way that minimizes breakage or incomplete data.
- Build and maintain the technical infrastructure, including lead and account scoring, needed for reaching marketing goals.
- Proactively implement new tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and developing existing members and closing talent gaps where needed through acquisition of new team members.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and other cross-functional business units.
Minimum qualifications:
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing automation or similar role, B2B / SaaS and Healthcare or Fintech experience preferred.
- Significant admin CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) and the latest MarTech stack.
- Experience building and launching integrated, revenue-driving campaigns.
- Experience leading and building effective marketing automation sequences.
- Experience driving LTV growth across an existing customer base.
- A cross-departmental master.
- Strong leader and experience supervising individual contributors.
- Ability and willingness to travel to company related gatherings as needed.
