IT Program & Project Management applies Information Technology knowledge and experience to plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for complex projects within the Information Technology function. This family organizes project teams, establishes project schedules and individual responsibilities, and determines resource requirements. This job family manages project budgets and reports on the status of project cost, timing and staffing.
IT Program & Project Management also ensures adherence to internal external quality standards and integrates vendor tasks and deliverables into project plans.
Job Summary
Seeking a Director level Program/Project Management professional to lead strategic initiatives, aligned to our multi-year SAP roadmap. This role will also help facilitate the ongoing mid-range and long-term planning that will continuously refine the SAP roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead Program/Project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project status, progress, and key milestones effectively and regularly.
- Identify and mitigate Program/Project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize disruptions.
- Manage and govern project scope, objectives, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Manage Program/Project budgets to ensure initiatives are delivered within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications
12+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record of large program delivery
Must have previous experience leading SAP projects/programs and proven knowledge and experience with ASAP methodology
Knowledge and experience leading initiatives that are comprised of multiple methodologies
Demonstrated success holding external vendors accountable to an SOW
Experience interacting with C-Suite level stakeholders
International experience is a plus
Anticipated salary range:$102,000 - 182,000
