SalaryAs the Director of IT, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's driving to a modern workplace methodology. Through your leadership, ability to inspire, and driving of forward-thinking initiatives, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology landscape to support collaboration, innovation, and productivity across the organization.
What you will be doing
- Owning the IT Road Map.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives within the Corporate Technology team, including Modern Workplace Engineering and IT Service Delivery.
- Manage departmental costs including, but not limited to personnel, vendor management, and applications.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Corporate Technology aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design and architecture of Corporate Technology solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and user satisfaction.
- Drive digital transformation through the selection, implementation, and management of collaboration tools and platforms.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in the design and delivery of technology solutions.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, follow procurement processes and negotiate contracts, and stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand their technology needs and align solutions accordingly.
What we will require of you
- Demonstrated success managing a cross-functional team, having delivered complex and comprehensive business solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to generate collaboration across a global team.
- Proven track record of driving a team to deliver positive results on project work and initiatives.
- Worked extensively in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Office365 and Azure.
- Ability to adapt to competing priorities ranging from meeting business objectives to developing a technology team.

Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
