What you'll be doing...
The Director of Human Resources guides and manages the overall function of the HR services, policies, and programs company wide. The Director leads HR practices and objectives to create an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and the recruitment of an outstanding workforce. You will:
- Develop and implement company objectives as part of the senior leadership team
- Provide strategic leadership to the Human Resources department
- Develop and implement policies and initiatives to support compliance and strategy
- Execute best practices for hiring and talent management
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Who you are...
- Educated. BA degree or combination of experience, training, and certification
- Expertise. Managing employee relations in both union and non-union environments
- Leadership. Demonstrated experience managing a team of HR professionals
- Communication. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience. Leadership development and training; LMS experience highly desired

- Starting salary range of $13,080 - $17,700 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
