Your objective:

• You will be responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, training, leave management, etc.) and serve as a professional resource for facility management on all HR-related activities.

Qualifications
Your Qualifications will include:

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred)
• 3+ years of professional HR experience w/ 3+years management experience
• Experience in the healthcare sector strongly preferred
• PHR, SPHR or GPHR certification preferred, not required
