Domanicare, based in Salt Lake City, UT, is a partner organization of Homesteaders Life, a leader in preneed insurance products that is based in West Des Moines, Iowa.
As the Director, Hospice Sales, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the Hospice Sales role through oversight of the sales strategy and adherence to the program and successful implementation of the organization’s sales process including prospecting and account retention. The territory includes the entire United States. This position is responsible for coordinating with organizational departments such as Business Development Reps, Client Success Representatives, Marketing, and the Aftercare Responder team. Maintains cost controls and effective communication with Customers and home office teams.
Requirements:
Critical success factors for Director, Hospice Sales, includes being well connected in the hospice ecosystem with good relationships within the hospice industry. Must be able to motivate to achieve goals, but also be a self-motivated individual with the ability to demonstrate initiative in accomplishing assigned tasks demonstrating appropriate independent judgement and decision-making skills.
