About the Role:

The Director of Health & Safety is responsible for ensuring appropriate support to different functions of the executive business including Industrial and Supply sites, in order to apply and control general policies regarding improvement of safety and health of the personnel at the working place. To ensure interpretation of safety standards at work and verify implementation.

This role will provide support to our industrial sites, and can be based out of any of our US based Industrial sites or Commercial offices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure working conditions meet appropriate Health and Safety standards
• Monitor work safety and procedures
• Ensure all work procedures and instructions are followed through periodical inspections
• Collaborate with technical and general services during design, purchase, and installation of machines and equipment
• Monitor and update all new Health and Safety laws
• Conduct analysis of accidents and reports
• Travel to sites 50% of the time

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4-7 years of experience preferred
• Experience with FDA and Quality System rules, regulations, including planning and implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
