We are looking for a full time Assistant Director to work alongside our Director in the office as well as being able to help out in the classrooms as needed. The Assistant Director's hours would be 9:30am - 6:30pm. This is a very busy role and we would prefer someone who has experience in a NAEYC Accredited school or with ExceleRate Illinois at a Gold Star level. Candidate would need to be Director Qualified with 21 credits in Early Childhood per the current requirements.

KIDDIE ACADEMY has excellent opportunities for experienced Child Care professionals for a state of the art school in the Bolingbrook area. Individuals will provide classroom leadership as they strive to manage a program that exceeds organizational standards, NAEYC guidelines, and corporate expectations. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:15 am to 6:15 pm and work with children ages 6 weeks old to 12 years old.Requirements: Candidates must meet State DCFS licensing standardshttps://www.illinois.gov/dcfs/aboutus/notices/Documents/rules\_407.pdflisted in Section 407.130. A degree in ECE or similar field is preferred. We are looking for candidates who are extremely passionate about Early Childhood Education, reliable, trustworthy and dedicated to building relationships with the families and children.
