Job Description:
My Gym South Loop is looking to hire a part-time, career-oriented Assistant Director to join our team. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It’s also important that you have a strong business sense. If you are disorganized or not a “people person” with great leadership and customer service skills, this job is not for you. As an Assistant Director, you will be expected to assist lead and train the team in all areas of operations. You will be leading and teaching classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include admin, sales, shift coverage, and marketing.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, including occasional weekends as needed.
- Experience working with children
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

- Open to learning basic sales skills
- Clean background check
Compensation:
Starts at $21 hourly/salary

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
