- Must have extensive Food and Beverage experience at a managers level or above
- Must have Resort/Casino pre-opening experience
- Minimum of 5 Years Previous Experience as Food and Beverage Manager
- Degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality and Tourism or related field
- Knowledge of luxury, high volume food service practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and POS system
- Positive interpersonal skills required
