- Play a key leadership role in the Finance organization, including improving management reporting, forecast accuracy, quality of business decision support, assisting with business optimization, recruiting and developing talent, and mentoring team members
- Provide strategic insights and mitigation strategies for critical business issues supported by financial data
- Partner with the functional leaders on all financial aspects of their business
- Assist on complex business decisions identifying financial implications
- Play a key role in supporting strategic planning for the business
- Play key role in capital Planning and annual budget, including associated presentations and Analysis
- Play key role in monthly reporting & forecasting process to track & communicate performance, outlook and risks/opportunities.
- Oversee internal investment process and own reporting on the performance of the consolidated portfolio of internal investment projects
- Play key role supporting assessment of external investment and partnership opportunities
- Develop key KPI’s and metrics to better inform the business leads and the company
- Have a mindset of continuous improvement with a focus on optimization of existing processes
- Provide support to the IR function, including preparation for the Quarterly Earnings calls
- Present to CEO, CFO and key business leaders
- Manage a team of analysts
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive experience
- MBA preferred
- CPA/CMA is a plus
- Experience with a Software as a Service based revenue model strongly preferred
- Proven leadership, partnership, and project management skills – ability to lead and influence the outcomes of others both directly and indirectly
- Proven track record of superior financial modeling and Analysis
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills including experience analyzing large quantities of data, creating complex formulas, pivots and developing models
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to draw insights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals to internal stakeholders
- Able to work quickly, able to experiment and amend approach based on data analysis
- People management experience
- M&A experience is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay ($113,130 - 193,138), Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on the position.
