The Sales Director will cover the west region of the U.S. and will report to the Vice President, Employer Markets. This position will be responsible for Strategically Developing and Executing Overall Sales of The EsoGuard Screening Test.
- Assist the Vice President of Employer Markets to develop an impactful 30/60/90-day business plan for the Western Region, to immediately:
- Market, Sell and Execute ESO Guard Screening contracts Direct to any/all sized mid -sized (50-1000) Employers.
- Market, Sell and Execute Benefit Plan Amendments to Brokers and Consultants for their mid-sized (50-1000) Self-Funded Employer Prospects and Clients.
- Collaborate with Lucid’s existing Sales Team to assist with and help close any organic leads that may be brought forth in your region.
- Extensive travel throughout the region, and occasionally beyond, will be required.
- Effectively and efficiently executing business strategies utilizing business planning resources (Salesforce.com).
- Cultivate and expand business opportunities through regular prospecting, networking, and closing for commitment.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 5-10 years of successful sales experience and experienced relationships with Employers and/or Benefits Consultants
- Market, educate and sell onsite screening events to mid-sized (50-1000) employers.
- Entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
- Proven ability to drive results with both internal and external business partners.
- Demonstrates high level of teamwork, organizational skills, time management and detailed business acumen.
- This role requires the ability to travel and effectively drive business in a large geography.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to details, at both strategic and executional levels.
- Develop a regional marketing plan, involving the hiring and development of a sales team.
- Keen ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated experience in growing revenue, optimizing costs, and maximizing profit.
