- Experience: You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in training, with a focus on product development & Training, preferably in the Real Estate industry. Programmatic experience is a plus.
- Management: You have prior management experience.
- Education: You hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Masters Degree preferred.
- Skills: You possess exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. You have a strong understanding of training methodologies and platforms, and product marketing principles.
- Leadership: You have demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards common goals.
- Proven Success: You have a proven ability to develop and execute successful training programs, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Project Management: You possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Collaboration: You are a collaborative team player, able to work effectively across various departments and levels within the organization.
- Adaptability: You are adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving industry, staying up to date with real estate market trends.
