The Plaza Hotel Milwaukee is a bustling historic hotel that caters to locals and visitors alike. We are a fast-paced hotel that has a unique draw to guests because of how close we are to all the great amenities that Milwaukee has to offer, yet still offers the feel of a great escape from the day-to-day life. The Plaza Hotel prides itself on being Milwaukee’s exclusive Pied-à-terre.

We are seeking warm, passionate, team orientated candidates to join our family. Qualified candidates must be as passionate about making the guests feel like they are at home as we are. All our team is responsible for ensuring our guest’s experience is a warm and friendly one. Team members are expected to work alongside other team members and/or be able to stay on task while working alone.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Answer the phones and direct them to the correct extensions.

· Make reservations, check guest in and out while being courteous, kind and answering any questions that may arise.

· Resolve any customer issues, complaints, or problems in a quick and efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

· Cross check all billing instructions are correct.

· Maintain a proper cash drawer.

· Ability to work on your feet for eight hours per day.

PREFERRED:

· Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience as Front Desk Agent or equivalent in customer service.

· Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

· High school diploma, and strong computer skills.
