If so, you may be UKG’s next Sr Manager, Creative & Brand Management
At the intersection of business needs and creative strategy, you’ll be a beacon for inspiring new ideas and identifying how everyone can use their unique talents to deliver world-class creative experiences that further our brand and help us achieve key strategic business goals.
As the lead creative voice within our agency you will be a beacon, inspiring all creatives as we continue our evolution to being a team solely focused on Inspiring, Helping and Guiding UKG to showcase what it means to be a leading brand. You’ll be a key senior leader, working with your fellow leaders to define solutions and drive efficiency and impact across Creative Experiences and marketing.
And as a manager of our Creative Strategy team you will be an inspirer, defining what it means to embrace shared goals, continually ask “how might we”, and truly crave critique in service of any idea that may evolve the UKG brand to best meet our business strategy.

About You:
Responsibilities:
•Drive strategic creative capability of the agency with a focus on high-level projects and priority campaigns by providing clear and consistent creative direction
•Partner with the Head of Creative Partnerships & Planning to create and implement marketing plans that align with client requirements and a balance of brand standards and creative vision
•Partner with the Head of Creative Studios to set and define creative quality and necessary brand guidelines that allow for speed and creativity.
•Train, lead, and inspire your team, as well as the broader creative team, to build a creative ecosystem based in critical critique and organic collaboration
•Establish cross-org relationships to teach and guide other creators and branders to connect
to the UKG purpose, brand strategy, and style.
•Actively refine, inspire, and guide how concepts and ideas are developed to drive new perspectives and elevate marketing plans.
