This pivotal position forwards the mission of the university by providing crucial independent support for complex proposals, grants, contracts, and other financial activities.

What you will do:
- Proficiently handle drafting price proposals, Cost Volume budgets, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity templates, and reviewing contracts and certification documents for governmental contractors.
- Collaborate with faculty on budget proposals.
- Submit routine and complex grants/contracts.
- Work with various university departments to assist faculty and staff with pre-award administration and post-award non-financial responsibilities.

Job Location
Required Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree, AND
- 36 months of Program administration or related experience
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 72 months of related experience in lieu of the Master’s degree for a total of 108 months of related experience.
Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License
Departmental Preferences:
- Strong preference for Certified Research Administrator (CRA)
- Experience with developing Cost Volume budgets
- Significant experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
