We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join the Corporate Strategy team. The Director, Corporate Strategy will partner closely with our North America leadership team, Corporate Strategy team, executive team, and various business stakeholders to help set the future vision for the organization. The role will require a thoughtful, consumer-led approach to problem solving, an analytical and strategic mindset, and the ability to work cross functionally across a large matrix organization
- Partner with the North American Foot Locker, Champs and Kids Foot Locker leadership team to determine the strategic vision and prioritize initiatives across our strategic imperatives
- Work closely across the Corporate Strategy team to ensure our regional strategies are aligned with a shared corporate vision
- Lead critical strategic initiatives, in partnership with cross-functional leaders across the company on key strategy topics, inclusive of project planning, structured problem solving and analytics, business case development, cost benefit evaluation, evaluation of financial return and implementation planning
- Analyze market, consumer, vendor and competitor headwinds and tailwinds to support strategic decision making
- Assist in strategic and annual planning processes in support of our NA region
- Prepare Board of Directors materials on a quarterly and yearly basis
- Execute against special projects as assigned by the NA GMs and broader Executive team
- Serve as a thought partner across the organization, bringing forth new ideas grounded in insights and data, in support of Foot Lockers growth ambitions
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in strategy, finance, marketing or customer insight teams
- Operational and financial knowledge of retail business
- Previous roles in the sneaker and sportswear industry highly prioritized
- Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to leverage data to identify opportunities, drive strategic insights, and create leadership presentations

- Highly Innovative problem solver: Must possess strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrate ability to meet aggressive deadlines
