Job Description
Developing and execution of strategic Contract Pharmacy management initiatives, ensuring pharmacy client retention and managing gateway relationships within the 340B program. This role demands a visionary individual who excels in identifying growth opportunities, fostering executive relationships, and driving initiatives for upselling and cross selling within the 340B landscape with a strong focus on strategy, leadership, and executive relationship management.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive growth and maximize the value of the 340B program
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align strategies with organizational goals
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of the 340B program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy partners, serving as a key point of contact
- Develop and execute retention strategies to ensure satisfaction and long term partnerships
- Manage relationships with key gateway partners
- Collaborate with gateway partners to optimize program performance, resolve issues and explore opportunities for improvement
- Stay informed about changes in gateway technology and ensure seamless integration
- Utilize data analytics to assess account performance, identify trends and make data driven recommendations for enhancement
- Generate regular reports for executive leadership, providing insights into client satisfaction, retention rates
- Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for the 340B Contract Pharmacy Network to drive growth and enhance service offerings
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align network strategies with the organization’s goals and 340B program requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive level stakeholders, including C-Suite and pharmacy leadership, fostering collaboration and trust
- Act as a thought leader, providing strategic insights and recommendations to executives for program expansion and optimization
- Conduct market analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to capitalize on identified opportunities, driving revenue growth and network expansion

Education & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or 10+ relevant years of experience in the field)
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills\
- In depth knowledge of 340B program
- Proven experience in leading and managing high performing teams
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft tools
Preferred Experience:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in a leadership role within the 340B Contract Pharmacy Network industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic initiatives, resulting in revenue growth and network expansion
