Position Overview:
Builds and maintains excellent Client relationships characterized by the level of respect, confidence and trust placed in Sutter Health (SH) by the Client as measured by the client satisfaction scores and other feedback mechanisms. The Director is proactive in tracking and analyzing Sutter's performance across each of the service lines offered to any given Client and is also responsible for maintaining positive, effective and collaborative relationships with internal SH divisions that provide services to SH client.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's: Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or health care related field.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 12 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Superior communication and group presentation skills.
- Skills in interpreting and presenting complex financial and utilization data.
- Skills in interviewing.
- Ability to write policies, procedures and other documents for distribution.
- Self-starter. Ability to work within and promote team environment concepts.
- Ability to manage the staff and budgeted resources of a remote office.
- Ability to negotiate to win/win outcomes.
- Knowledge of community-related issues, understand competitive strategies and anticipate network needs.

Pay Range is $83.23 to $133.17 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
