Address- Ensure utilization of and training on HF Sinclair’s Front-End Loading process on all Capital Projects to achieve predictable results (safety, cost, schedule and quality)
- Provide detailed gate reviews of all projects over $1 million
- Provide preliminary screening and analysis (Monte Carlo, PDRI, etc) for projects >$10MM
- Ensure use of KPIs to track and steward site performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure readiness for all corporate review meetings
- Support / coordinate with the sites as they develop their capital budgets. Provide oversight / assurance in managing to the budget
- Complete post audits on all projects including lessons learned
- Be primary Corporate point of contact for site Capital Projects group
- Assess site capabilities (talent, culture and systems) in achieving capital project performance excellence
- Evaluate and recommend when to utilize 3rd party support to assist with site capital project activities and assessments
- Steward a culture of safety
