YOUR ROLE

  • Leads and develops a team of Business Development Managers.
  • Defines the entry strategy into markets/segments through a deep understanding of market dynamics, emerging needs, and customers.
  • Support sales force with customized strategies for product/technology positioning through deep understanding of product, technology, application/customer process, and selling positioning for targeted key accounts.
  • Develop, in cooperation with sales, new account relationships.
  • Own & interpret customers product needs and roadmaps as related to the new technology strategic project(s).
  • Aggregate product/technology/application/business model needs and communicate these to the Market Segment Manager.
  • Identifies future market trends, developments and product/service expectations and translates them into business growth opportunities.

YOUR SKILLS

  • 10+ years in business, Business Development or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with internal. and external networks.
  • Excellent communication skills to build trust and support decision-making.
  • Strong strategic thinking with an analytical approach to problem solving.

The salary for this role is $150,000 - $185,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

Henkel does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or employment agencies.
