We are seeking a Director, Brand Management, to lead our brand strategy across our portfolio of supply chain software and financial management services. This role will lead the evolution of our brand identity and help develop and establish powerful narratives that articulate the distinctive value that we are delivering to our customers. This role will also have management responsibility for our corporate content, design, event management, and website strategies as we identify the optimal ways to our brand awareness. This leadership role will require superior collaboration skills as they work with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure our brand messages are delivered with relevance and impact.

- Develop our corporate brand story and the respective business unit stories ensuring connectivity and relevance based on understanding our key audiences
- Establish brand governance guidelines and ensure that we are brand consistent across the company and our many business units
- Leverage the power of video, case studies, and media to ensure our stories are being told with impact and with interest
- Partner with your team to further evolve our content, event, website, and design strategies
- Work with business unit stakeholders to explore corporate campaigns and how to activate them so that they have an impact and drive demand in the businesses
- Establish a thought leadership approach and platform, leveraging the collective expertise across the organization to ensure we are promoting our knowledge and know-how.
- Leverage key data and analytics to develop insights that improve our approach and our respective performance
- Further refine our website strategy to align with our business objectives and specifically help further refine SEO, paid media, and broader traffic generation
- Drive the information architecture approach on our website to ensure our strategic goals are being met with a great visitor experience
- Help construct our content strategy and incorporate a content curation strategy to support an always-on approach
- Develop and evangelize governance and criteria for our events participation including ROI analysis to justify attendance
- Push our design boundaries to ensure we are creatively expressing our brand promise in memorable and impact ways

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business, or related fields from an accredited college or university
- At least 7-10 years of corporate marketing and Brand Management experience
- Strong knowledge of branding lifecycle (launch, migrations, EOL), website design, website information architecture, event management and ROI substantiation, content strategy, and a flair for design across various mediums and applications
- Excellent data analytics capabilities and business analysis
- Experience with brand tracking platforms, web analytics, content applications, agency partnering
- Agribusiness, Risk Management, and/or Agriculture Software Solutions preferred
- Understanding of how to evolve a brand both from a market leader and challenger perspective
- Great management experience- can lead and inspire a team
- Understand how to justify brand strategies and how to quantify the impact
- Self-driven with a natural curiosity to test and improve existing tactics and processes
- Ability to grasp complex technology solutions
- Project management skills and ability to present marketing campaign results
