Director Brand and Marketing Communications

• Oversees, develops, and manages all brand Marketing activities
• Oversees, develops and manages brand strategy, marketing activities, advertising activities and branding efforts
• Oversees and develops fit for purpose sales enablement programs, and training aimed at increasing site count, volume growth and market share growth
• Serves as point-of-contact and liaison for brand with agency partners and vendors
• Oversees and develops consumer loyalty program
• Responsible for timely delivery of marketing programs, working in advance to prepare team for growth including sales materials, and customer engagement materials
• Manage and develop marketing team members
• Identifies potential image excellence enhancements and develops programs to achieve continuous improvement.

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their supervisor, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion. Ingenuity

Ability to perform a variety of high-level assignments for the marketing department. Working knowledge of Microsoft products, and ability to multi-task, is required. Ability to handle situations involving conflicts arising out of products being off specification, short/long term refinery/logistical problems causing product outages and/or customer complaints, and human error causing product outages, etc. Strong organizational skills; advanced leadership, effective delegation, negotiation and forward thinking skills; ability to communicate effectively with others, both written and verbal communication, and across multiple department lines and manage third party locations. Advanced reading and writing skills, with the ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.
