Overview
This position supports the EVP of Business Integration & Expansion, who leads the organization that is focused on the long-term growth of D&S through strategic assessment of customer needs and D&S' approach across all segments and the organic development, in-organic acquisition, pricing, and B2B marketing solutions to meet those needs.
Main responsibilities include:
• Enable strategic initiatives and achievement of objectives. Lead taskforces, special projects, and content creation. Examples may include: emerging product development topics (e.g., crypto, open banking, multi-rail, ESG, credit risk, consent management, etc.), product strategy, M&A/acquisition strategy, thought leadership, team narrative development, adhoc leadership needs.
• Lead corporate commitments. Lead Insights & Analytics through cycled commitments and planning tasks. E.g., priorities/objectives, quarterly business reviews, quarterly operating reviews, investor relations needs, corporate scorecard tracking, board preparation, risk tracking, and more.
• Drive effective team organization and communication. Organize leadership meetings, all-hands calls, and internal and external executive communications. Drive a positive and productive culture. Overall point person for communications.
• Nimbly respond to what the business needs. Execute on urgent needs, be a sounding board for team members, serve as a connection point for incoming (and outgoing) team requests.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
