Direct To Garment (Dtg) Printer Operator

All departments are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders as necessary, helping in all areas of the department, maintaining a clean and functioning work area, and communicating diligently with coworkers and management.

Position:Direct to Garment (DTG) Operator

A DTG Operator is responsible for efficiently operating DTG printers to personalize apparel based on customer orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review designs for accuracy and upload them to printer software
• Select product from batch based on customer order
• Complete processes to prepare garment for printing
• Operate printer to personalize product based on order
• Once printing is complete, check product for accuracy and quality before sending it to be packaged
• Assist Packagers as needed
• Assist other departments as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures to safely operate machinery
• Ability to use computers and software to operate machines

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in a production and/or warehouse environment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending or stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
• Visual acuity to read instructions and operate computers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
