Waypoint, formerly known as Waban, is seeking a motivated, tech savvy Direct Support Professional to serve as iCoach in supporting individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and the staff working directly with them, via Remote Support technology.

About Waypoint:
Waypoint offers comprehensive services, including a special purpose private school for children with autism and other developmental disabilities, case management and outpatient therapy services for children and adults, and residential and in-home supports for adults with Intellectual Disabilities.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requirements:
-One year experience working with adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
-Able to navigate web-based applications on a computer
-Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, in English
-Driver's license from state of residence with clean driving record
-Comfortable communicating via video conferencing
-Able to exercise good judgment, act autonomously, and make sound decisions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
